Pre-order/Pre-release Items: 4-12 weeks from order date
In-Stock Items: Up to 3 weeks from order date (expedited when possible)
International Orders: May experience additional delays due to customs processing

We operate fulfillment warehouses in the United States and Australia. While we strive to minimize delays, shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control including but not limited to: carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, peak shipping seasons, and global supply chain disruptions.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Defective Products - Printing Errors We stand behind the quality of our printed books. If you receive a book with printing defects including but not limited to:

Missing pages or chapters
Duplicate pages
Incorrect binding
Severely misaligned text
Illegible printing

Please contact management@amojones.com within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Shipping Damage Books damaged during shipping/handling are NOT covered under our return policy. This includes but is not limited to: bent covers, water damage, torn pages, or crushed spines occurring during transit. Claims for shipping damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We recommend photographing packages upon arrival before opening.

Lost Packages We are not responsible for packages lost in transit once tracking shows the item has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Lost package claims must be filed with the postal/shipping service directly. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for:

All customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs
Any unexpected tariff changes or new fees implemented after order placement
Additional fees charged by their country's postal service
Currency conversion fees

These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are beyond our control. Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in package return will not qualify for a refund of shipping costs.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify all shipping information before completing your order. Address change requests after order placement cannot be guaranteed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
