This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

I totally get it, but I can't offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer's remorse. Everything is made to order just for you, so all sales are final. Please double-check your size before ordering!

What if the order gets damaged in the mail?

If your order shows up damaged, we’ve got your back. We want to make things right as quickly as possible, so here’s what you need to do. Send photos of the damage to management@amojones.com within 15 days and we will begin the process with the fulfillment center to see if it qualifies for cover.

What if it says delivered but you don't have the product?

If the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” we have no way to verify the claim that it wasn’t received. Because of this, we’re unable to cover reshipping or refunding the order. We suggest reaching out to your local postage company to follow it up and file a claim. We're happy to send any documentation you may need to help your case, so reach out to the assistant email if you need to!

What if my package never shows up and is marked not delivered on tracking

Reach out to management@amojones.com within 15 days of the estimated delivery date to give us enough time to file it with the fulfillment centers timeframe.

How are returns handled if I do qualify

Wrong Address Issues

If there's a typo in your shipping address and the courier can't deliver, the package heads back to the facility. Once we figure out the correct address, I can reship it—you'll just need to cover the shipping cost. If you catch the type early, reach out to me ASAP! If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we might still have time.

Hygiene Items returns

For health and safety reasons, I can't accept returns on face masks or other sealed hygiene products once they've been opened.
